- Intellectual Property
All visual, written and conceptual work created by Crevia remains the intellectual property of the author unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Usage rights are granted only after full payment and according to the agreed scope.
- Project Changes
Changes to project scope, direction or requirements may result in adjusted timelines or fees.
Such changes will always be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
- Liability
Crevia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages unless required by law.
Liability is limited to intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
- Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, excluding international conflict-of-law rules.
